Wednesday of each month and the
fourth Wednesday, if necessary, at
7:00 PM at the Berne Community and
Senior Center 1360 Helderberg Trail
Update: I had a meeting with Sherriff Craig Apple this week.
Albany County and Town of Berne Ambulance will be providing
the same level of service for Berne residents.

Need help paying your energy bill? Low-income New Yorkers can apply for heating and cooling assistance under the Home Energy Assistance Program, or HEAP. The 2025-2026 Regular HEAP benefit opened November 1, 2024.

Eligible New Yorkers are encouraged to apply for FCCs Affordable Connectivity Program,
an extension of the Emergency Broadband Fund, that provides discounts up to $30/month toward internet service.
