LEGAL NOTICE
AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a meeting held on January 26, 2005, the Town Board of the Town of Berne adopted amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Berne. Summary of the amendments follows.
1. The Town of Berne has had language in their zoning ordinance establishing a historic district, but this was never mapped. This proposed zoning update maps that district.
2. Revisions regard to procedural issues, updated time frames, voting requirements for Planing Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals and other changes, in language, needed to reflect the past few years changes in the Town Law and various organizational changes. |
